Jaggery is something we adore, and we believe you will too.

In recipes, use as you would brown or white sugar. Grate only what you need in order to get the greatest results.

Add sugar to grain, tea, and coffee beverages.

To prepare a filling beverage, mix a dash of cardamom powder with hot milk and a teaspoon of grass-fed ghee. Stir the jaggery until it dissolves.

When preparing a dessert crust, add a spoonful to the pie crust dough. Blend all ingredients in a food processor or pastry blender. This produces a stunning crust that is softly sweetened and golden brown.

You can add a little to sauces for meats, vegetables, and grains to give them delicate caramel flavours.

When made with jaggery, muffins and cookies are delectable and healthy.

Make your own ginger ale, kefir, or Kombucha by using jaggery.

"Sugar scrub" your body with jaggery that has been finely grated. Dead skin cells are helped to be exfoliated, resulting in healthy, supple skin. Don’t forget elbows and heels!

In a saucepan, combine 1 cup organic milk or non-dairy milk with 1 to 2 tablespoons jaggery and 1 to 2 tablespoons cocoa powder to make delectable hot chocolate. To dissolve the chocolate and jaggery, stir constantly over medium heat. Get rid of the heat. Add a drop of vanilla extract and a tablespoon of grass-fed digestive ghee, as preferred.

Prepare roasted nuts with jaggery, such as pecans or other nuts. Melt the jaggery with the spices, salt, and butter. Add nuts and well mix to combine. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees F.

Hot basmati rice can be made into hot sweet rice by stirring a teaspoon into it. Add currents, roasted almonds, and a teaspoon of coconut, grass-fed, or cultured ghee. The kids would like this as a nice breakfast or snack.

Substitute for sugar in the batter for pancakes or waffles. Combine 1/3 cup flour, a dash of salt, and 1/8 teaspoon baking soda to make delectable blueberry pancakes. Separately, combine 1 whole egg, 1/4 cup organic buttermilk, 2 teaspoons of jaggery syrup, and 2 teaspoons of melted Grass-fed Ghee or Virgin PRIMALFAT Coconut Ghee. Pour over the flour mixture; then top with the blueberries and cook pancakes. one uses it.

Prepare delectable caramelised onions in butter or grass-fed ghee with a dash of jaggery.

If you create confectionery, substitute jaggery for sugar.

Combine some grated or mashed jaggery with your preferred nut butter, such as almond or peanut butter. Spread on crackers or toast.

Instead, make chocolate chip cookies with grated jaggery.

Swap out the molasses in gingerbread or ginger cookies for jaggery syrup. Jaggery syrup is sweet and filling, so you can reduce the amount of extra sugar that is required for in the recipe.

Replace the sugar in a favourite brownie recipe with jaggery.

Softened, melted butter or coconut oil can be combined with grated or mashed jaggery to sweeten frostings and icings for cakes and pastries.

Make a jaggery-and-dried fruit stew. Simply combine 1 cup of dried fruits, such as figs, dates, raisins, or prunes, with 1 cup of water or apple juice and 1 teaspoon of jaggery. Before serving, add a squeeze of lemon juice for taste.

To balance out the heat of the spices in curry meals, add a teaspoon of jaggery. 24. You can add some jaggery to vinaigrette-style salad dressings. Make careful to use a blender to thoroughly blend the ingredients. Delicious!

Combine some plain yoghurt with a teaspoon of jaggery syrup. If desired, mix with fruit extracts or natural flavourings like vanilla.

Cut 2 large bananas into 4 long halves by cutting them vertically. Cook for a few minutes in 2 teaspoons of Dessert Ghee or Digestive Ghee over medium heat. Overturn the bananas. Sprinkle with a few cinnamon and/or nutmeg sticks and 1 or 2 teaspoons of shredded jaggery. Cook the bananas for an additional 2 to 4 minutes, or until they are browned and caramelised. Serve alone or with your favourite non-dairy frozen treat, whipped cream, yoghurt, or ice cream. 4 servings. Try substituting apples, pears, or peaches for the bananas in this recipe for a unique twist.
